From the Planetary Classic tuning fork set, OM is 136.10 Hz.  Used to balance, OM is very grounding.  The frequency of the vibration corresponds with C#. Also known as “Earth Year’ you can use it for meditation.  Use it everyday as it is very soothing and relaxing.

Om is a weighted tuning fork and is applied to the body.   Generally it is held on a specific point for 20-30 seconds. Being bored which means the end has been bored out one could put a gem tip on the end.

• Pacemaker – check with your doctor
• Drug or alcohol use
• Seizures
• Use of blood thinners or bleeding disorder
• Skin disorders, infections, open woulds
• Organ transplants
• Pregnancy
• Allergy to metals
• Hearing aids – remove before use

If you have six or more students interested in classes contact Penny.  She usually will teach two to three classes in a three or four day stretch.  Classes offered include:  Planetary Classic VRT, Body Systems VRT, Chakra Harmonizing and Chromatic CRT.  Planetary VRT is a per-requisite for the remaining classes.  Each class is 12 hours.  Students will receive a certificate of attendance for each class they attend.
